"Moschino Barbie is so fierce" and with those words, this advert for Barbie became a bit of a game changer, because it wasn't a girl saying it, it was a boy.
Mattel's ad for Moschino Barbie (a clever collab between Jeremy Scott and the doll legend) has been viewed over 2million times on YouTube so far, and that number is only going to rise.
Challenging gender norms, this it the latest in a long line of changes Mattel have made over the past 12 months to ensure Barbie remains culturally relevant and more importantly- realistic.
Although Moschino Barbie is targetted at kids, lets be honest- it's probably on a lot of adult wish lists for Christmas right now!
