India is a diverse country. We're quirky, colourful, different yet similar, strong and extremely hardworking people; but what don't match our style quotient on most day are a few factors that no matter how hard we try, we just cannot avoid!
Read on to know the most difficult problems every Indian fashionista faces.
Rain = possibility of a fashion disaster!
If you live in Mumbai, you're probably still thinking why it hasn't stopped raining yet! Well, while the rain is good for almost everybody we know, it sucks to be stuck in a season where wearing your fave clothes may have become a taboo. Leather? Keep it away! Boots? Not for this weather! Velvet? Nooo! Almost everything is a no during rains!
When to layer, is the question!
India sees extreme climate every year in different cities and if you're a traveller, you know we are talking about large storage spaces for warm and cold clothes in your house! We know that "too many clothes" is a false notion, but if you live in India, you most definitely need to stock up, for you never know what you'd have to prepare for.
Public transport = "ehhh, what?!"
If you've decided to wear your fave dress and travel by trains, chances are it will get soiled in no time. If you've styled your hair but you need to catch a bus in order to make it to work on time, you're sure to reach that meeting with on time but with messy hair. What we can say for sure is you'll never reach your destination the exact same way you left home if public transport is what you choose today!
Tip: Big tote, is always a good option to stack up things for last minute touch ups.
Stuck in traffic!
Well, if by car is the only way you can travel, chances are you wake up early and leave at least two hours before the whole world does! In the process you forget to conceal your face or wear eyeliner! Sometimes you still manage to but only upon reaching office you realised you did a terrible job. But thank god for easy-to-wear makeup and pocket mirrors, emirate?
You're indubitably a true Indian if you're wondering what is the problem with working weekends! Almost every second person works during weekends and fails to give themselves the much needed attention they need. Following a strict routine for your skin and hair is very important, possibly more than your job!
