Friday lunchtime consisted of stuffing handfuls of popcorn chicken into my mouth whilst finishing Clueless on Netflix. Saturday saw similarly indulgent behaviour - this time with plasticky nachos and Magic Mike XXL on the big screen.
The rest of the weekend whizzed by in a blur, ending with remorse as I stared at a picture of Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel out on the beach. Resolving to never carb binge again for as long as I live, today, I begin the 30 Day Ab Challenge.
For those journeying towards buns of steel thanks to the 30 Day Squat Challenge, this not too dissimilar fitness challenge focusses on sculpting and strengthening your core.
