Thyme honey comes in varying shades of amber and beige or hazelnut. The taste is sweet and persistent, fresh and reminiscent of tropical fruits, dates and white pepper. The honey crystallizes spontaneously in a short time into medium or fine grains. Each jar contains 8.8 oz.
