Bedford, Bedfordshire; Prescot, Merseyside;:: Ever fancied photographing lounging lions, tigers and getting close ups of cheetahs? This is the perfect experience for anyone who loves big cats and wants to make the most of their camera. The class takes place at Woburn Safari Park, Bedfordshire and Knowsley Safari Park, Merseyside - both of which house a whole host of ferocious felines including lions, tigers and more. The group will enjoy special VIP access to the animals to ensure we get the best chance for pictures through the session. With the help of the keepers, off road Land Rovers and special access, we will be able to deliver opportunities simply not accessible to normal park visitors. There is a break for refreshments, plus a summary at the end to review what has been learnt. Availability: All year round. Weekends and school holiday dates only available from November to March. Please note the parks are shut weekdays from November to March so guests cannot stay in the park after the event. Weather: The course may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice or severe rain). Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts for up to three hours. Feel free to spend the rest of the day exploring the many attractions of your chosen wildlife park. Numbers On Day: Share the experience with up to seven other keen photography enthusiasts. Spectators: Dress Code: Much of the experience takes place outdoors, so please dress appropriately and wear suitable footwear. In case of rain, please bring a waterproof coat as well as waterproof trousers for kneeling on wet ground. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 14, any under 16's must be accompanied by a participating adult. Both venues are made up of accessible pathways and are well served for wheelchair bound visitors (please advise needs at the point of booking). Other Info: Please note, participants MUST bring (and be able to comfortably carry) their own cameras and equipment.

Complete the safari drive as many times as you like during our opening hours and enjoy our shows and animals in our walk around area. Arriving early ensures you get the most out of your day. The safari drive takes approximately one hour to complete and can be completed more than once during the day if you wish.
